Shipping & Returns

Shipping:


1. Shipping costs are displayed at the checkout, you are given a choice of service.
2. Charges cover postage and administrative costs. Where possible your order will be despatched as soon as your payment is cleared (e.g. Direct Deposits can take four to five working days). Some items may be delayed through factors out of the hands of Bodygliss (Australia) staff, e.g. delivery times etc.. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery within Australia and longer for international deliveries.
3. If you require insurance on the item please email us on sales@bodygliss.com.au and we will organise same.
4. If you have not received your item within the estimated delivery time then please email us so that we can follow up on your delivery.
5. Overseas customers can expect extended delivery times depending on the choice of service.
6. It is the policy of Bodygliss (Australia) to only use freighting companies of our choice. Bodygliss (Australia) will not send orders with any other frieght companies without express authorisation from Bodygliss (Australia) management.

Returns:

1. Damaged or faulty products may be returned for credit or replacement (decision to be made by management of
Bodygliss (Australia) - no correspondence will be entered into regarding the desicion made).
2. If damaged during transit no responsiblilty will be accepted by
Bodygliss (Australia), if you are concerned about the possibilty of damage please let us know so that we may organise insurance for you.
2. Some manufacters offer a warranty period and this will be negotiated with them on your behalf.
3 Any products returned must be recieved by
Bodygliss (Australia) within 5 working days after your receipt of delivery.
